Hi, I am Fabio, one of the Founders of Integrity Advisors. I hold a Bachelor of Accounting and a Master of Professional Accounting, and I am a member of CPA Australia. With over 20 years of experience in accounting, audit, finance, and taxation, I have built a career focused on helping businesses navigate complex financial landscapes.
Throughout my career, I have worked across both the private and public sectors, in a range of industries, including multinational corporations, large enterprises, and small to medium-sized businesses. I have held senior roles at leading firms such as Deloitte and KPMG, which has provided me with extensive expertise in how businesses operate at every level.
My areas of expertise include a deep understanding of current accounting and taxation standards, tax planning, budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, consolidation, compliance, and corporate governance.
I have assisted numerous businesses in setting up strong financial systems and strategies. This allows me to make accounting and taxation simply for my clients, helping them to understand the business behind the numbers and comply with the laws.

I started my journey as an External Auditor at PwC, where I spent several years working with international standards and advising clients on financial reporting. This experience gave me a deep understanding of financial systems and the importance of attention to detail.
Over the years, I’ve gained diverse experience, including owning my own business (F45 Training), working with Havaianas Australia, and serving as Head of Finance at Aussie Tiny Houses. At Aussie Tiny Houses, I played a key role in driving the company’s impressive growth, working on business plans, implementing financial reporting systems, and contributing to sales, marketing, and operations. I’m proud to have been part of transforming a startup into a thriving, successful business.
